This is a very magnificent piece of work you've got. As a story teller of a very big psychological and science fiction series that does take place in future Japan and China it would be very great to have something like this. See I can't create environments but characters, yes. When I look at that large building structure in this image from a distance the first vibe I got was "Damn that building could be the Enigma Tower in my story". Shame I can never be this good since I would never want to invest that much time into doing this. Though if you were the kind of person that would work with someone out of the blue, well goddamn that would be fantastic. But I guess this story teller can only dream of someday befriending a person of this magnitude and somehow get them to design an actual city for Undercity.

3ds max for the FG buildings, lots of photo manipulation and 2D painting as well all in photoshop
